1. How can I exchange or return a product from my order?

All items purchased on Coluna de Fogo's e-commerce platform may be exchanged or returned, provided they are in their original packaging, unused and with a purchase receipt. To return items, please contact us at sales@colunadefogo.com, with the order number and item to be returned. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

You have 30 days to return or exchange your products.
